*Your building will be constructed specifically for you in accordance with your instructions. With this in mind, we can only allow 72 hours for refunds on cancelled orders. After this time no refunds can be given. So, please read all the pertinent information on delivery & installation requirements, pad preparation facts, buried lines/cable hazards, town permits, right-of-ways, covenant searches, etc., before you place your order.

*To help protect our customers from a large financial burden in case of cancellation, we only require a small portion of the total sale (10-15%) to be paid up front. The balance will only be required after your building has been installed on your property.

*Refunds cannot be granted simply on the basis of an installation delay. We work hard to deliver our customers' buildings as speedily as possible: however, occasionally there are extenuating circumstances which may delay your installation time. Please be patient as we work through any problems that may occur.
